Please find attached the Application Form for the Referees Training Course, together with the information on what is involved as this is important and you must be aware that the course is only completed when you have refereed six matches after the theory sessions
Please complete the form and return it to the Herefordshire F.A. together with the course fee.
On receipt of your application form and fee, I will then confirm your place on the course and send you an information pack, which contains the following:
- CRB Enhanced Disclosure Form
- Pre-Course Study Pack
- FAQ
You will note that there are two dates for a Safeguarding Children in Football Workshops. Please indicate which workshop you can attend. It is mandatory that you attend a Safeguarding Children in Football, in order to be a registered referee.
