Futsal is FIFA's official 5-a-side game for football and is played professionally both in Europe and South America.
The game is played to different rules to normal 5-a-side with minimal contact and a low bounce size 4 ball thus encouraging greater skills. It is recognized and supported by UEFA and FIFA, with European and World Cup Championships.
The Herefordshire FA run a Women's Futsal League in April/May each year which acts as a qualifier for the FA National Futsal Finals.
