Women & Girls Football

Women’s and Girls Football is the country’s fastest growing sport with more players competing in affiliated competition than any other!

The Herefordshire FA plays its part in helping to organise, develop and co-ordinate a variety of opportunities for females of all ages to participate within football.

Herefordshire FA employ one Full-Time dedicated Girls and Women's Football Development Officer who is responsible for developing the female game at all levels. 

Through a number of National, Regional and Local initiatives the Herefordshire FA are able to provide support to clubs, players, coaches and volunteers in a number of areas including; 

  • Skills Centres - 7-11 year olds
  • School - Club Links - 5-19 year olds
  • Girls Only Schools Leagues and Competitions
  • Female Festivals

  • Charter Standard Clubs and Leagues
