The Development of Disability Football in Herefordshire remains a priority and is included within the county football development strategy 2008 - 2012.
WHAT'S HAPPENING IN HEREFORDSHIRE?
3 Counties League
Following consultation between The FA and the three respective County FA’s (Herefordshire, Shropshire & Worcestershire) it was unanimously decided that an Ability Counts 3 Counties League (3CL) would be funded for season 2010/11. The League provided for players with Pan-Disabilities (variation) across 5 age groups; U13 mixed, U 16 boys, U16 girls, adult male and adult Female.
Following the success of the inaugural season in 2010/11, The FA and the 3 respective County FA’s have unanimously decided that the ability counts ‘3 Counties League’ will be funded for season 2011/12.

The HFA is working closely with partners to raise awareness of the 3CL across the County - Any teams, groups or individual players are more than welcome to take part in the festivals.

FA National Blind Football League
The FA National Blind Football League is based at the Point4, Hereford with RNC Academy Bulls Hereford, Worcester Blind, West Midlands Blind Centre of Excellence, London & SE Blind Centre of Excellence, East Midlands Blind Centre of Excellence and North West Blind Centre of Excellence teams competing.
